Varia VS3 (2nd Gen) – Small Footprint. Big Grind Energy.
Think less lab coat, more countertop flex. The Varia VS3 Gen 2 might look like science, but using it is anything but complicated. Just load your beans, hit the button, and before you can say “weird science,” you're dialed in with a perfect dose of ground brilliance.
Designed for home baristas and pros alike, this stepless grinder combines minimalist style with maximum control—perfect for espresso and filter brewing alike. And yes, it’s got the smarts to match its good looks: the 76.5° slope and single-piece stainless steel outer burr mean practically zero retention. What you put in is what you get out.
