Returns Policy

If something’s not right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Email us at returns@espressogear.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the item.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to accept returns we haven’t approved in advance.
To be eligible, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
With tags (if applicable)
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at returns@espressogear.com so we can fix it.
We’re not able to accept returns on:
Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalised products
