Returns Policy

We want you to love your order

If something’s not right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.


How to start a return

  1. Email us at returns@espressogear.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to accept returns we haven’t approved in advance.


What can be returned

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Damaged, wrong, or faulty items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at returns@espressogear.com so we can fix it.


What can't be returned

We’re not able to accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products
