Tiamo tamping stand is a good aid when you're tamping, it helps to give you even results by holding the portafilter steady on the rubber surface. By tamping evenly you avoid 'channelling' which leaves you with an uneven extraction of your espresso.

Most portafilters will fit on this stand.
