Our Favourite Brewing Methods - Origami
For the Nordic Coffee Fest we asked some of our partners in crime coffee to send their favourite brewing recipes. For those who came to the fair the free printed brochure was available but worry not for those not in the NCF hood, we'll share all the recipes once a week here and on our Instagram@espressogear

The first recipe comes directly from Falkenberg and was written by Beatriz from micro coffee roastery Swerl. To know more about Swerl checkout their website www.swerl.se

This is Beatriz Ferreira from Swerl. In the picture she's dressed in black and brews coffee. She holds a black electric kettle and pours water into a drak blue Origami dripper. The background is mostly beige with plants.                                                     This is Beatriz brewing the recipe herself.

Pour Over using the Origami dripper

Add 15 g of medium coarse ground coffee. The water will run a little bit faster in this filter compared to a classic V60, so don’t grind too coarse.

Pour in total - 250g of water at 94 °C.

1. First pour: 60g -Wait 00:30 Seconds
2. Second pour: 60g -Wait 01:00.
3. Third pour: 130g

Try to aim in a total brew time of: 2:15 - 2:30min

All the products you need are here in our Favourite Brewing Methods - Origami collection.
